In the network
When you use a dentist that is part of the Encore DentalSM network, you simply pay your co-payment and deductible (if applicable) the day of your visit. There are no claim forms or waiting for reimbursement. You immediately receive your benefits.
Out of the network
If you use a dentist who is not in the plan's network, you may have to pay the full amount at the time of service and submit a covered claim to us. After receiving the claim, we will send you a check for the amount your plan covers. This option gives you extra flexibility.
